The people at P.I.P were no help to us after 2 beautiful pieces were taken from our shipment to Chicago. We requested customs lists and insurance claim forms which they never bothered to send us. At one point she just quit answering our calls. We hope that all people residing overseas learn from us that you will get ripped off by this type crap.
